All ingredients are perfectly measured

All kits are pantry friendly with a natural self life of 12+ months. Store them in a cool, dry place - no fridge needed.

The kits are mild to medium in spice level, but can easily be adjusted depending on how you handle the chili pepper. Specific guidelines are included in your recipe brochure.

Definitely! Our recipes are flexible - add your favorite veggies or protein and make it your own.

We recommend avocado oil for it’s clean flavor and high smoke point, but any neutral oil you have on hand will work perfectly.

Just 1 to 2 pots - that’s it. A medium or deep pot with a lid works perfectly.

The recipe is designed for the full batch, so it’s best to make it all at once. The good news is that you can always freeze leftovers for another day!
