INDILUX was created from a simple idea: bringing the soul of Indian cooking into modern kitchens.

About Me

I began cooking Indian food when I became vegan seven years ago; rediscovering the plant-based dishes of my home state Gujarat, India. My mom—who taught me how to cook—is still my recipe guru and consultant for every Indilux meal.

When I started traveling the world as a nomad, my spice box became my anchor. I’d cook for friends wherever I went, and leave them with a little meal kit to recreate the flavors after I left. That spirit of sharing grew into Indilux.
